Han Wenhe from SRIBS was awarded the title of “Shanghai Digital-Intelligence Integration Pioneer Leader”
Recently, the 2024 Shanghai Digital-Intelligence Integration "Smart Craftsman" Selection and "Pioneer Leader" Evaluation events, jointly organized by the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions and Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, concluded successfully.
After rigorous stages including preliminary screening, expert review, final evaluation, and public announcement, ten individuals were ultimately selected as “Pioneer Leaders.” Among them, Han Wenhe from SRIBS was honored with the title of "上海市数智融合领军先锋"(Shanghai Digital-Intelligence Integration Pioneer Leader).
Han Wenhe, a Professor-level Senior Engineer, currently serves as the general manager of the Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd of SRIBS.He has been deeply engaged in the field of intelligent control for construction machinery safety for many years. He has received seven provincial and municipal science and technology awards, been granted 15 patents, and participated in the development of four national and industry standards, laying an important foundation for technical specifications in the field. Focusing on key technologies of digital twin and intelligent manufacturing, he has led his team to establish a digital manufacturing model and management platform covering the entire production process, effectively achieving the goals of smart and digital transformation in terms of quality, efficiency, flexibility, agility, and collaboration.
He has led the development of an automated production line management platform and created multi-level, multi-mode digital dashboards. He has also spearheaded the innovative development of operational management models and big data analysis algorithms for various departments, building what is known as the “Smart Manufacturing Brain.” At the same time, he has established a digital twin system that deeply integrates production lines with the management platform, enabling real-time connectivity between physical and virtual workshops—achieving truly precise and intelligent control of factory production and operations. Under his leadership, the team pioneered the development of an intelligent anti-fall SAJ safety device, driving the digital and intelligent transformation across the entire product lifecycle—from design to operation and maintenance—setting a benchmark for intelligent upgrades in the industry.
Under his leadership, the SRIBS factory has entered a fast track of development, successively winning multiple national and municipal honors, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” Key Small Giant, the Demonstration of Integration of New Generation Information Technology and Manufacturing, National-level Green Factory, one of Shanghai’s first 100 Intelligent Factories, and Shanghai’s Demonstration of Service-oriented Manufacturing. These achievements have helped the company make a historic leap in the field of anti-fall safety devices—from “global follower” to “runner alongside,” and now to “leader”—injecting strong momentum into Shanghai’s digital-intelligent integrated development.
